Step 1: Prepare a USB Drive
 

• Make sure you have a USB drive with at least 4GB of free space.
• The drive needs to be formatted to FAT32 or exFAT.

Step 2: Download the Update
 

• Visit the official Honda Owner’s website.
• Search for the infotainment system update software for your 2019 Honda CR-V.
• Download the update file to your computer.
• Once downloaded, extract the contents of the file if it is in a zipped format.

Step 3: Transfer the Update to USB Drive
 

• Copy the extracted update files to the root directory of your USB drive. The root directory means they should not be inside any folder on the USB drive.
• Safely eject the USB drive from your computer once the transfer is complete.

Step 4: Prepare Your Vehicle
 

• Start your 2019 Honda CR-V and ensure it is in Park mode.
• Turn on the infotainment system.

Step 5: Insert the USB Drive
 

• Insert the USB drive containing the update files into the USB port of your Honda CR-V.

Step 6: Begin the Update Process
