• Reconnect to the network: Go to the car’s touchscreen, navigate to 'Controls' > 'Settings' > 'Wi-Fi' and select your network. If already connected, try forgetting the network and reconnecting.

Verify Sufficient Battery Charge

• Ensure that your Tesla Model S has a battery charge of at least 20% or more before attempting an update. If the battery is too low, the update will not proceed.
• Plug the car into a charger, preferably a Tesla Wall Connector or Supercharger, to ensure it remains charged during the update process.

Restart the Touchscreen

• A simple restart of the car's touchscreen can resolve many minor glitches. To restart, press and hold the scroll wheels on the steering wheel until the screen goes black and the Tesla logo appears.

Restart the Car’s Systems
